Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Auto Salon Car Care. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at sales@autosaloncarcare.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after your return has been approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please email us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
